Data we process
For HR accounts: name, email, profile data and questionnaires. For candidates: name, email, optional phone, answers, completion time and technical anti-cheat events.
Why we process it
Data is used to operate the service: create tests, conduct assessments, generate reports, prevent repeat attempts and maintain security.
AI processing
Vacancy text, questions and answers may be sent to AI providers solely for generation and evaluation. We do not independently train models on candidate data.
Storage and protection
We use HTTPS, access controls and Row-Level Security. HR users only see data belonging to their questionnaires.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact page. Candidate requests may require identity verification.
